Conditions

  • Your PICA student card is your official form of identification, it will display your name, student number and PICA course details.
  • Your student card remains the property of PICA. You are expected to keep your card in good condition, and return it to PICA if requested.
  • You may only have one student card. Expired cards can be replaced if you are continuing study.
  • A replacement fee of $25 will be charged if your student card is damaged, broken or lost. This fee is not applicable to stolen cards. The fee will be waived upon presentation of a police report documenting the theft.

Step 1

You must have completed the enrollment process before you can request a student card. Information from this process will make up the details on your student ID card.

Step 2

To ensure the quality of your student ID card, the photo that you provide must meet Australian passport photo guidelines. Information about these guidelines can be seen here. You can have these photos taken at Australia Post or Officeworks for example. Please ensure you get a JPEG copy.

Step 3

Email your photo and a copy of some form of photographic identification to glen@pica.edu.au for processing. Your student card will be posted to the address nominated on your enrollment within seven days of being received; mailing times will vary.
